Key Responsibilities:

? Implementation & Deployment

- Install, configure, and upgrade ManageEngine Endpoint Central (On-Prem / Cloud)

- Perform agent deployment across Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints

- Configure Distribution Servers, Secure Gateway, and network segmentation support

- Integrate Endpoint Central with Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP

? Operational Support

- Day-to-day monitoring and management of endpoints

- Patch management for OS and third-party applications

- Software deployment, license management, and compliance tracking

- Remote troubleshooting and user support via Endpoint Central tools

- Endpoint security policy enforcement (USB control, browser security, device control)

? Automation & Configuration

- Configure automation policies, schedules, and workflows

- Create and manage deployment policies

- Script-based automation using PowerShell / Batch / Shell scripts

- Endpoint health monitoring and alerting

? Reporting & Documentation

- Generate operational and compliance reports

- Maintain SOPs, run books,



and implementation documents

- Prepare dashboards for management review

- Provide POC and demo support when required

? Troubleshooting & Escalation

- Resolve agent communication and patch failure issues

- Analyse logs and provide RCA for incidents

- Coordinate with ManageEngine support for product-related escalations

- Handle L1/L2/L3 tickets as per SLA

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

?️ Technical Skills

- Certified ManageEngine Endpoint Central Implementation Expert

- Robust hands-on experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central

- Windows OS administration (Windows 10/11, Server)/ Linux

- Basic understanding of macOS and Linux endpoints

- Active Directory

- Patch Management & Software Deployment concepts

- Networking basics (LAN/WAN, firewall, ports)
