⢠Candidate should have strong understanding on Agile Methodology.
⢠Experience in managing Data and AI projects on Azure and Databricks platform preferred.
⢠Understanding of different phases in Project implementation for Data and AI/ML.
⢠Strong knowledge on tools like JIRA or MS Project and Azure Board ⢠High Level understanding on services related to Data and AI on Azure and Databricks.
⢠Plan, execute, and oversee various projects from initiation to completion.
⢠Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
⢠Develop detailed project plans, and schedules.
⢠Coordinate resources, including team members, customer stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
⢠Should understand Business intelligence and Analytical tools like PowerBI/ Tableau.
⢠Monitor project progress and identify and resolve issues or risks (RAIDs).
⢠Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders.
⢠Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
⢠Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in project delivery processes.
⢠Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.
Requirements
⢠Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).
⢠Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
⢠Must have Data Project Background and understanding of Data skills.
⢠Must have executed multiple end to end BI/DWH/ETL Projects.
⢠Owning the Project deliverables, prepare the detailed project plan and track it till the closure with all the stakeholders involved.
⢠Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⢠Proficiency in project management tools and software.
⢠Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.
⢠PMP certification (preferred but not required)
