1. Experience with Telecom Product development (4G/5G mostly on L2 side).
2. Experience in handling large teams to facilitate the design and delivery.
3. Track record of successfully delivering complex software products while managing multiple priorities.
4. Excellent technical judgment and leadership skills across organizational and team boundaries.
5. Execute software development projects through planning and cross-functional coordination to deliver program outcomes.
6. Work closely with Dev leads, QA and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle, i.e., developer, test, integrate, Validate and release on time.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills ability to interact with technical groups.
8. No deployment or Integration profiles should be shared.
Skill Require
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
2. 8-10 years of experience in software program management, focusing on C/C++ Language.
