Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our fast-growing EdTech startup. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution and delivery of our technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, and execution.

Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications.

Requirements:
1. Technical Background: Strong technical background with experience in software development, web technologies, or related disciplines. Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and scalable systems is a plus.
2. Project Management Skills: Proven track record in successfully managing complex technical projects, delivering results on time and within budget.
3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams and drive project success.
5. Problem Solving: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate through challenges and find creative solutions.
