• Manage supplier and partner engagements for charging hardware components, ensuring milestone adherence and quality compliance.
• Drive interoperability testing programs across charging standards (CCS, CHAdeMO, BIS standards) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track DVT/PVT activities for charging hardware and manage field trial programs in coordination with the product and customer teams.
• Identify program risks related to component availability, certification timelines, and infrastructure rollout schedules; drive mitigations.
• Serve as the primary cross-functional liaison between charging infrastructure engineering and commercial, operations, and service teams.
• Prepare detailed program trackers, status dashboards, and executive presentations on charging program health.
• Support ecosystem partner programs (CPOs, fleet partners) by coordinating technical integration timelines and compatibility testing.
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in program/project management, ideally in EV charging, power systems, or automotive electronics.
• Technical understanding of EV charging architecture — AC/DC charging, charging protocols (IEC 61851, ISO 15118, OCPP), and power conversion systems.
• Experience managing programs involving hardware development, regulatory certification, and field deployment.
• Familiarity with Indian EV charging standards (BIS/AIS norms) and a working knowledge of global charging standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems including internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
