About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Technical Lead to architect, build, and scale our SaaS platform. You will lead engineering teams, drive technical decisions, design scalable cloud-native systems, and integrate AI-powered capabilities into modern enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers.

- Own architecture, design patterns, and technology decisions.

- Design architecture for integration with AI/ML and LLM models.

- Build and maintain scalable SaaS web applications and backend services.

- Develop robust REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices.

- Build responsive front-end interfaces (React/Next.js).

- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Ensure code quality, security, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

Technical Skills

- Backend: 5+ years with Node.js or Python.

- Frontend:



Strong in React / Next.js / TypeScript.

- SaaS Development: Experience building or scaling SaaS products.

- Cloud: AWS or Azure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).

- Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL + MongoDB.

- Containers / DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform/CloudFormation.

- APIs & Architecture: REST, microservices, version control (Git).

- AI/ML Integration: Experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, etc.).

- Leadership: 7+ years total experience, with 2+ years in a lead role.

- Strong communication, decision-making, and mentoring skills.

- Experience working in Agile teams.

Nice to Have

- Deeper understanding of AI/ML and LLM models.

- Real-time systems (Socket.io / WebSockets).

- Event-driven or serverless architecture.

- Basic MLOps or model deployment experience.
