Technical Lead — AI-Native Product Engineering
About Us
We are an early-stage R&D; startup building an AI-native work and collaboration platform. We are rethinking workplace communication and productivity tools by making AI a first-class participant—
designed and built-in from day one, not retrofitted later.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Lead — Product Engineering (Full Stack) to provide strong technical guidance to a team of engineers. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, reporting directly to the Technical Architect.
Primary Focus
Enable engineers to move faster and build better by unblocking them technically, reviewing work, guiding sound technical decisions, and maintaining high standards of code quality and consistency. You will own end-to-end product delivery, focusing on building and shipping new features rather than maintaining or supporting legacy systems.
This role does not require prior people management experience; however, we are looking for someone with the potential to grow into broader leadership responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and unblock engineers on complex problems.
- Review code (including AI-assisted code) for correctness, quality, and maintainability.
- Debug complex issues and guide effective root-cause analysis.
- Ensure architectural consistency and code quality across the codebase.
- Mentor engineers and help develop strong technical judgment.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Architect on implementation strategies.
- Evaluate tools, frameworks, and technologies as required.
Important: If you can confidently answer at least one of the questions in the attached assessment, we invite you to apply for this role.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring engineers.
- Clear and effective technical communication skills.
- Based in Bangalore and willing to work in office.
Good to Have
