As a Technical Content Developer Associate/Curriculum Contributor you will be working on

- Curating, , and enhancing curriculum in line with industry standards and learning objectives.

- Collaborating with the team to ensure content accuracy and relevance, and mentor interns to ensure they contribute effectively to the curriculum development process.

Rules & Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Contribution:
- Actively curate, develop, and enhance content in line with industry standards and learning objectives.

- Gather feedback from users, subject matter experts, and internal teams to refine content, ensuring clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.

- Align content with user feedback to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure content clarity and logical structure, adapting communication style based on audience proficiency.

- Collaboration and Guidance:

- Work closely with the content team and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and consistency of the content.

- Mentor and guide interns, ensuring they effectively contribute to the curriculum development process and understand the standards and guidelines.

- Assessments Creation:

- Create comprehensive assessments that benchmark students' readiness for placements, ensuring they are relevant and align with employer requirements.

- Quality Assurance and Timeliness:

- Ensure all content adheres to the company's quality standards, including technical accuracy, presentation aesthetics, and consistency.





- Deliver tasks within set deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards.

- Stay Updated:

- Regularly upskill and stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the tech education domain.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for a diverse audience.

- Strong foundational knowledge in Fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python) & MERN stack.

- Passion for helping others succeed.

- Deep understanding of the challenges and needs of students.

- Excellent communication skills for effective feedback delivery.

- Detail-oriented with good documentation and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

- Have experience on current age tools such as Chat GPT to help optimize the process.

Preferred Skills

- Ability to Identify and address the efficiency barriers in content development processes.

- At least 1 year of experience as a Software Development Engineer (SDE)
