SUMMARY: Experienced professional with hands on experience in process plant operations / technical service roles. The candidate will strive for quality deliverables and minimize rework while working independently and as part of a team. POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Lead team of engineers and support specialists for remote performance monitoring and advisory service for Process plants.
- Coordinate the proactive analysis of process plant performance across customer sites with support from KBR’s Subject Matter Experts to provide high-value recommendations to customers. • Assess customers’ overall satisfaction with the INSITE service and identify opportunities for continuously enhancing the service.
- Ensure the technical integrity of the Operations Analysis reports sent to InSite customers across multiple projects.
- Manage the design, deployment, and monitoring of Rule-Based Alerts on all InSite projects.
- Address ad hoc analysis requests by clients.
- Attend bi-weekly calls with customer and close out action items that can help customers achieve tangible advantages.
- Maintain a database for tracking the actual benefits achieved by each customer versus the estimated benefits through the INSITE service.
- Maintain lessons learned/best practice database.
- Visit client sites annually as part of the onsite analysis and advisory service.
- Schedule half-yearly feedback sessions with clients on overall satisfaction of program
- Support InSite demos and presentations at conferences and customer meetings
- Understand and leverage the full suite of digital solutions provided by KBR to design and deploy custom solutions that resolve operations issues specific to a customer.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work closely and effectively with other team members.

- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to pursue new projects or extend the term of current projects.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum Chemical engineering graduate with solid fundamentals in process engineering
- Process Plant Operations / Technical Service experience, (Ammonia experience required, Olefins & Refining desired).
- 13~15 years’ experience in process industry with 10+ years in ammonia process preferred.
- Good MS Excel expertise
