Job Title: Tech Support / Sr. Process Associate Voice Process

Location: Hyderabad (Hitech City) Candidates must reside within a 25km radius

Salary: Up to 3.5 LPA + Incentives (Based on Performance)

Job Type: Permanent, Full time

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Tech Support/Sr. Process Associate to join our Domestic Tech Support Voice process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi and a minimum of 1 year of on-paper experience in a BPO Voice role (Domestic or International). The role involves resolving customer queries related to technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound voice calls and provide technical support to customers.
- Resolve customer queries related to product/services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to process guidelines and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience in BPO Voice (Domestic or International).
- Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate.




- Shift: Rotational Shift with one rotational week off.
- Age: Up to 35 years.
- Transportation: 1-way cab facility during night shifts.

Additional Information:

- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Documents Required: Aadhar card, PAN card, Experience letter, Minimum 3 months' pay slips, All educational documents.
- Bond: No bond requirement.
