Consultant will work with clients and candidates to provide expert advice on hiring the right talent for their technology needs. This is a full-time remote role that involves managing a portfolio of clients across the technology sector, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and generating new business opportunities. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in recruiting for a variety of technical roles.

Qualifications

- Several years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in an agency setting
- Thorough understanding of the technology industry and current market trends
- Proven track record of generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Experience with LinkedIn sourcing, AI sourcing, and other trending sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements related to recruiting and hiring
