Role Purpose: Responsible for the overall software application development and maintenance strategy, implementation roadmap and line management of the team. Key Accountabilities: Bachelors in Engineering with 8-10 years of experience. Experience in leading software development teams Preferred Experience and Qualification:

Guide development teams on issues related to the applications design, development, and deployment

Leads team of developers and guides them in applying best practices in applications development

Supports software development process and ensures focus on the Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration by the junior members of the team

Build partnership with stakeholders and guides them on expectations from the software development process

Skills

L3 Developer (6 to 10 years) : Bangalore

- Overall 8+ years of Wireless experience in LTE and 5GNR
- Must have: Atleast 5 years of experience in LTE or 5GNR L3/CU design and development
- Must Have: Working knowledge in two or more L3 layers RRC, PDCP, eGTPU, NRUP, X2AP, F1AP, NGAP etc.
- Must Have:



Working knowledge of 3GPP defined call flows like handovers, measurements, cross over and roll back scenarios.
- Must Have: Excellent debugging capabilities on x86 and/or ARM platforms.
- Must Have: Good understanding in usage of DPDK and other fast path packet processing technologies
- Must Have: Good understanding of usage of security procedures and algorithms.

• Good understanding of SCTP, L2 protocols and OAM modules.

- Has strong hands-on experience in C and or C++ programming language
- Development and testing in Linux workplace
- Knowledge of development and debugging tools required – gdb, valgrind etc.
- Knowledge of multi-thread programming, core optimization required.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies in software development, Jenkins CI/CD etc.
- Exposure to configuration management tools such as Git, bitbucket etc.
