Roles & Responsibilities

• • Lead end to end application delivery for enterprise web and mobile applications.

- Define, design, and implement enterprise architecture and database architecture aligned with business needs.
- Oversee development teams and ensure high quality, timely delivery of application releases.
- Drive Cloud Native or Hybrid development strategies and implement best practices across CI/CD, DevOps, and SecOps.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including product, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML models and capabilities within digital platforms.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced development partners where required.
- Continuously improve delivery processes, methodologies, and engineering practices.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams to build a high performance delivery culture.

- Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced development partners where required.

- Comply with and promote adherence to the organization’s Information Security Policy and related procedures, ensuring all activities align with regulatory requirements

Mandatory Skills :

• 10+ years of experience in Application Delivery, Software Engineering, or similar leadership roles in project delivery management.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise architecture and database architecture.
- Hands on experience in Cloud Native development using containers, microservices, Kubernetes, etc.
- Solid expertise in DevOps and SecOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and security integration.
- Exposure to AI/ML implementation, model integration, and data-driven applications.
- Hands on experience with front end and mobile technologies such as:

o Angular o React Native o Flutter / Flutter Flow o iOS (Swift/Objective C)

o Android (Kotlin/Java)

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, security frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills :

• Experience working in financial services or regulated industries.

- Preferred to have Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, Azure Architect, Scrum Master, or DevOps certifications.
- Experience with data engineering, or AI platforms is a plus.
