As a Tech BIP_OTBI_OIC Senior Associate - Operate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

You will navigate complex situations, anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality work while growing your personal brand and technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize and manage the Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions. Working within our Technology Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to apply a learning mindset, appreciate diverse perspectives, and commit to understanding how the business works.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement and support Oracle technology solutions effectively
- Managing the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products
- Developing and maintaining Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher solutions
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through Oracle technology
- Providing training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for strategic technology planning and process optimization
- Engaging in business transformation initiatives to align with client strategic objectives
- Gathering and analyzing data to discern patterns and inform decision-making
- Embracing change and adapting to diverse client environments and challenges
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to drive value and success

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data-driven insights
- Embracing change and adapting to fast-paced environments
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
