Key Responsibilities

- Drive risk-based onboarding of vendors, ensuring completion of due diligence, risk scorecards, and mandatory approvals

- Evaluate materiality & criticality of vendors and align approvals as per risk classification

- Ensure no vendor engagement without ORM/IRM approval and compliance to outsourcing framework

- Monitor ongoing vendor risk through periodic/annual due diligence and performance reviews

- Oversee contract & SLA governance to mitigate operational and compliance risks

- Manage change requests, renewals, and scope changes with updated risk assessments

- Govern vendor offboarding, including risk containment (access revocation, data security, etc.)

- Support audit, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews

Qualifications

Eligibility

- 5–10 years of experience in Operational Risk / Vendor Risk / Compliance / Vendor Management

- Strong understanding of outsourcing risk, regulatory frameworks, and third-party risk management

- Prior exposure to BFSI workplace preferred
