• Hands-on experiences in mainframe technology and Linux commands and scripting
- Needs to have experiences in Application Job monitoring and production support activities.
- The resource should be willing to perform both L1 and L2 roles as per project need.
- Needs to provide 24x7 or Rotational shift as per application need .
- Analyze and resolve production issues. Able to handle business and interface application team during P1/P2 issues.
- Working on application enhancement and process improvement ideas/automation
- Work with business partners to understand, analyze, and resolve application issues
- Willing to learn current skillset and SLA adheres in application tickets.
The Contributions You Will Make
• Maintaining the mainframe applications incidents SLA's and Batch cycles on daily basis. Performing both L1 and L2 activities.
- Handle Incidents, Service Request and Change requests.
- Provide production support
