Role Summary

Drive operational and financial KPI delivery by managing cross-functional partnerships and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and team alignment to maintain strong business performance and customer satisfaction.

Identify and implement automation, process improvements, and quality assurance measures to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Oversee risk mitigation, business continuity, and transitions while ensuring adherence to governance and compliance standards.

Build and lead high-performing teams with a focus on engagement, development, and operational excellence across multiple COEs.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a recognized institute or University

· Work experience of 15+ years





· Should have experience in managing a span of 50+ (direct and indirect) team members

· Knowledge of US healthcare products like supplemental health, Hospitalization, Accident, Critical Illness, Death, Leave and Disability.

· Knowledge of Healthcare policy administration, Supplemental Health claims, life claims, Implementation process, client management, and contract management.

· Highly results-oriented with ability to work under strict deadlines, meet deadlines, and maintain focus

· Strong managerial, planning, organizational, decision-making, networking, interpersonal, analytical, and lateral thinking skills.

· Good analytical and quantitative skills; excellent organizational skills for tasks, work environment and documentation

· Excellent communications skills

· Should be a self-starter, self-motivator, proactive & target oriented

· Should have good knowledge of MS Office applications

· Makes decisions within guidelines, balancing risk and service needs, seeking assistance from manager as necessary

· Should be versatile to work in evening/night shifts (US Shift) and must extend when business required

· Knowledge of SLA/Attrition/Quality

· Hands-on transition and project management experience in a global environment
