The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and deployment of cutting-edge solutions in areas such as networking, machine learning, analytics, and full-stack development, by coordinating a team of engineers, apart from hands-on contributing by self.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain software (using Python, JavaScript, etc)

- Full stack development

- Usage of standard tools for efficiency

- Experience in DevOps, Docker

- Follow Industry standard processes for software development, configuration management, release management, etc.

- Eye for detail, Quality, anticipating problems, preventing them

- Machine Learning and Analytics

- Design and develop machine learning models for classification, regression, optimization

- MLOps

- Data analytics and generation of actionable insights

- Awareness of popular systems like AWS, Azure, Digital Ocean, etc.

- Networking and System Integration

- Knowledge of IP networking, Internet of Things

- Knowledge of protocols to interface with non-IP systems

- Understanding of different protocols, implications of scale

- Systems / Embedded Skills

- Embedded Systems: Interfacing with different types of Controllers

- System engineering





- Collaboration and Communication

- Work closely with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Clearly articulate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- People management

- Entire lifecycle – hiring, motivating, grooming, mentoring, coaching, challenging, team management, distributing credit, taking responsibilities

- Gaining respect from all

- Always available, hands-on for critical modules

Representing the team’s work in meetings, presentations, demos, etc

Qualifications and Skills

a) Required Skills:

o Python, JavaScript o Computer Networks o AI, Machine Learning o Analytics o Full-Stack Development o Hands-on experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), DevOps, MLOps, Docker o Setting up large systems including Embedded systems, IoT b) Educational Background:

o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) from a reputed university c) Experience:

o Approximately 10 years of professional experience in large scale system / software development and related fields.

o Experience in people management, leadership d) Soft Skills:

o Strong communication and collaboration skills o Handling pressure o Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
