Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage a team of outbound sales executives focused on life insurance products

2. Drive team performance to achieve sales targets and business objectives

3. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics and KPIs

4. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to improve team productivity and quality

5. Conduct performance reviews and implement action plans for improvement

6. Ensure adherence to compliance and process guidelines

7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies

8. Maintain high levels of team motivation and engagement
