Lead the master planning process for architectural projects, from initial concept development to finalization, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project objectives,

and regulatory standards.

Architectural Design

Excellence:

Oversee the architectural design process, integrating cutting-edge design solutions with functional requirements and aesthetic considerations to deliver high-quality, visually appealing projects.

3. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Provide leadership and guidance to architectural teams, fostering collaboration, and facilitating effective communication to ensure seamless project execution and achievement of design objectives.

Design

Innovation and Research:

Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design,

conducting research and experimentation to incorporate innovative approaches and sustainable solutions into projects.

Client Relationship

Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences,



and expectations, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Quality

Assurance and Compliance:

Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that architectural designs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications, conducting regular reviews and audits to identify and address any deviations.

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution

● Minimum 8 - 12 years of experience in architectural design

● Experience in High Rise Apartments/ Office Spaces/ IT/ Healthcare/ Hotels

● Must have handled a team
