Build relationships with fire consultants, MEP firms, and developers
Drive product specifications in large projects (data centres, pharma, hospitals, commercial)
Manage project pipeline and convert opportunities into orders
Conduct technical presentations and client meetings
Lead and mentor BD team members
Track projects from design stage to execution
Requirements
3–5 years in fire protection / MEP / building services / data centres
Robust network with consultants or MEP firms in Mumbai
Knowledge of fire safety standards (NBC, BS EN)
Strong communication, technical, and leadership skills
