- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Semiconductor hiring (mandatory)
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Solid sourcing, networking, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to close 5+ joiners per month consistently
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience working with reputed organizations preferred
