- Ability to build a good relationship with candidates & Stakeholders.
- Campus Recruitments (Engineering Colleges in AP, TS, Bangalore and other regions)
- End to End Recruitment process including Fresher Recruitment on/off-campus.
- Work with the hiring managers to pinpoint the company's exact hiring needs.
- Adaptable to travel if required for the campus drives.
- Working on different Job portals and having end-to-end follow-ups.
- Closing on all the hiring requirements based on the timelines.
- Updating the internal Candidate Tracker, Applicant Tracking System (ATS),
& requirement report on a daily basis.
- Collecting, verifying & uploading the offer/necessary documents as per the documentation process and checklist.
- Post Offer Follow up with the offered candidates till joining.
- Sending the offer status report to the respective POCs as per defined timelines.
- Participate in recruiting & branding projects with social media, attend virtual networking events & career fairs, and network within industry associations.
- Preparation of reports & dashboards related to recruitment by using pivot tables, charts & statistics using MS Excel.
