We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate for our Pune location. This role offers a stipend of ₹15,000 per month with a service agreement of 18 months (6 months internship + 12 months as FTE.)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing end to end recruitment life cycle
- Design & update job descriptions of the existing profiles
- Source potential candidates from various job portals that matches the desired skills
- Find the best possible source of recruitment to close the open position
- Has to be proactive in all the approach
- Should be able to manage employee engagement
- Should have creative ideas in implementing employee engagement activities
