Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for internal positions, identifying and attracting top talent to meet the company's staffing needs.

- Partnership Development: Actively seek out and engage with potential business partners, understanding their talent requirements and exploring opportunities for collaboration.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and gather insights on manpower needs within the sector, using this information to inform recruitment strategies and business development efforts.

- Networking & Relationship Building: Build and maintain robust relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners, facilitating effective talent exchanges and business opportunities.

- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans for talent acquisition and business growth,



aligning recruitment efforts with broader business objectives.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role, with a track record of successful candidate placement.

- Strong business development skills, with experience in establishing and nurturing professional partnerships.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively negotiating and building rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

- Knowledge of the industry and current market trends related to manpower needs.

- Ability to work strategically, planning and executing initiatives that support both recruitment and business development objectives
