OverviewThe Syniti Engineer / Data Engineer plays a crucial role in the management, integration, and transformation of data to meet organizational needs. By leveraging the Syniti platform, the Data Engineer will develop and maintain data processes that enhance enterprise operations. Additionally, work will involve collaborating with various teams to understand data needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement innovative solutions. As data becomes an increasingly strategic asset for organizations, the Syniti Engineer is expected to bring technical expertise, creativity, and critical thinking to help build a robust data ecosystem.Skills:8 plus years of IT Development experience2 plus years of development experience in the areas of ETL/ Data Ingestion using tools like Datastage/ Informatica/ Talend.Must have 3 plus years of development experience using Syniti tool.

Hands on development experience for Data Profiling, Data Quality, SAP Entity / Object mapping and transformation is necessary.2 plus years of experience in data profiling, data quality and data governance is necessary. Resource need to work with Business SME and Business users for DQ business rules and DQ enrichment.Must have good SAP ERP background. 2 plus years of SAP development experience using ABAP coding.Must have good understanding of entity mapping from legacy ERP to SAP S3/ S4 HANAMust have ability lead ETL development / Syniti development teamExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize data integration processes using Syniti tools.
- Design and implement ETL workflows, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document data requirements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot data issues, performing root cause analysis.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience working with the Syniti platform or similar data management tools.
- Proficient in SQL and relational database management systems.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
- Experience in agile development methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid communication and teamwork abilities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
- Certifications in data management or cloud technologies are a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
