- Multi-Vt optimizations
- Clock Gating
- Datapath Synthesis
- Scan Insertion
- Multi-supply/Switching aware
- DVFS
- Retiming
- Constraint Development o IP constraint knowledge on DDR3/4, Multiprotocol SerDes, ARM core and Subsystem, USB3.0 etc a big plus
