Location: Chennai and Bangalore (Work from Office)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Surgery QA professional to perform quality checks on surgical coding and ensure compliance with applicable coding guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of surgical coding.
- Identify discrepancies and provide feedback to coders for improvements.
- Ensure adherence to coding guidelines, standards, and regulations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in coding protocols.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in surgical coding quality assurance.
- Certification in medical coding (preferred but not mandatory).




- Expertise in surgical coding and related guidelines (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).

Skills Required:

- Solid understanding of surgical coding and QA processes.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for feedback and collaboration.

Compensation: Competitive salary with a decent hike from the current package.
