Requirements:

- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS/MD) or equivalent.

- Strong academic background with a focus on surgical oncology during postgraduate training.

- Proficiency in oncologic surgery principles, including radical resections, lymphadenectomy, and margin-negative surgery.

- Hands-on experience or training in GI cancer surgery, breast cancer surgery, head & neck cancer surgery, and soft tissue tumor surgery.

- Familiarity with surgical techniques such as laparoscopic and open resections, sentinel node biopsy, and reconstructive approaches.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.

- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning.

- Willingness to work in a quick-paced clinical setting with rotating shifts and on-call duties.

- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and any additional certifications required by the institution.
