Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end warehouse and supply chain operations to ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods.
- Plan and optimize inventory levels to maintain stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with logistics, transportation,



and vendor partners to ensure timely delivery and distribution.
- Monitor and improve warehouse performance through KPIs, process optimization, and cost control.
- Implement and manage WMS/ERP systems for accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and train warehouse and supply chain teams to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.

Requirements

1.

Experience in warehouse sourcing, supply expansion, logistics, or infrastructure roles is preferred.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships, transportation partners, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle operational challenges and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams, coordinate across departments, and ensure effective execution of operations.

Qualification: MBA or Related Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
