- Manage day-to-day procurement activities, including purchase orders, vendor follow-ups, and sourcing.

- Track and maintain inventory levels; ensure timely restocking and avoid overstock/shortages.

- Coordinate inward and outward logistics — shipments, deliveries, and dispatches.

- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and quality expectations.

- Maintain accurate records of material movement, stock levels, invoices, and supplier data.

- Collaborate with warehouse and internal teams (R&D;, Sales, Accounts) to meet demand.

- Assist in planning material requirements based on project timelines and consumption forecasts.

- Generate daily/weekly reports on inventory, vendor performance, and order status.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and procurement.





- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP or inventory software (Zoho/Tally/SAP).

- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and regional languages.

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

- Strong coordination with vendors, courier partners, and internal teams
