Key Responsibilities
? Sales & Data Management
- Maintain and update daily sales data and dispatch records
Prepare MIS reports related to sales, dispatch, and material movement
Ensure accurate documentation and data entry
? Logistics & Driver Coordination
Coordinate with truck drivers for timely dispatch and delivery
Track shipment status and update concerned teams
Handle delivery follow-ups and resolve transport-related issues
Ensure proper documentation during dispatch (challans, invoices,
etc.)
? Material Handling & Entry
Manage material inward and outward entries
Maintain stock records and inventory updates
Verify material quantity before dispatch
Support warehouse/store operations as required
? Coordination & Operations
Work closely with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams
Ensure smooth execution of dispatch schedules
