A Building Project Supervisor manages daily site operations, ensuring construction aligns with plans, budget, and schedule while prioritizing safety and quality by leading workers, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing codes, inspecting work, and reporting progress to project managers, bridging the gap between management and the field for successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Oversee daily tasks, interpret blueprints, monitor progress, and ensure smooth site flow.

- Workforce Leadership: Assign tasks, manage/motivate crews, handle subcontractors, resolve conflicts, and maintain attendance.

- Safety & Compliance: Enforce all health, safety, and environmental regulations, conduct inspections, and manage incidents.

- Quality Control: Ensure work meets project specifications, blueprints, and quality standards through inspections.

- Resource Management: Manage personnel, equipment, materials, and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.

- Reporting & Communication: Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders; provide progress reports; attend meetings.

- Cost Control:



Monitor expenses and identify improvements to keep the project within budget.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience in construction supervision, leading teams.

- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of engineering drawings, construction processes, codes, and equipment.
