1. You should be B.E, B.Tech in any stream or M.C.A passed out in the year 2012 or 2013
2. You should have a minimum aggregate of 65% and above consistently in 10th, 12th and in graduation/post-graduation
3. You are in the age group of 21-23 years if you are from B.E/B.Tech or 23-25 if you are from M.C.A
4. Have studied in reputed institutes that have been in existence for more than 10 years as on date
Apart from the above, you should be
- Willing to perform as a team player
- Willing to learn new technologies in quick time
- Willing to cope with demanding work schedules
Selection Process Once you apply, your application will be reviewed and shortlisted. Shortlisted applicants will receive a Call Letter to appear for the selection process. The selection process will have multiple rounds as summarized below.
1. Round 1: Aptitude Test. This will be a written objective type test to test your aptitude, analytical and reasoning skills.
2. Round 2: Communication Test. This test will assess your reading, writing and listening skills
3. Round 3: Interview by Tech and HR Panel
4. Round 4: Interview by Senior Management

- Selection process is strictly based on merit

- Shortlisted candidates will go through the selection process that includes. assessment of Aptitude, Communication, Programming Fundamentals, and Behavioural Aspects
- Upon selection you will receive an Offer Letter
- You will be undergoing training for a period of 6 months from the date of joining
- During the training period your designation would be Software Engineer (Trainee)
- Upon successful completion of the training you would be confirmed as Software Engineer
- Remuneration during training period would be Rs. 12,000 per month
- Remuneration after confirmation would be Rs. 3,00,000 per annum
- You will enter into a Service Commitment at the start of the training period
- The Service Commitment would be for 2 years from the date of confirmation
- Job location will be Hyderabad but candidates must be adaptable for deputation to any of Sunera locations within India
- Job type will be of Full Time Employment
