## Position Overview The Store Keeper (HVAC) will be responsible for managing the inventory, storage, and issuance of HVAC materials and equipment. The role requires accurate record-keeping, coordination with site and procurement teams, and ensuring proper storage and availability of materials as per project requirements.

## Key Responsibilities

Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of HVAC materials, tools, and equipment

Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and material movement logs

Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans

Ensure proper labeling, handling, and safe storage of HVAC components

Coordinate with project, site, and purchase teams for material requirements

Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when required

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies





Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards within the store

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area

## Required Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of HVAC materials, equipment, and components

Proficiency in inventory management and documentation

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Valuable coordination and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage store operations efficiently

## Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in HVAC, MEP, or construction industry

Graduate in any discipline

Familiar with basic computer applications (MS Excel, inventory software preferred)

Well-organized, disciplined, and responsible
