Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Web Developer with 3 years of hands-on experience in website development and customization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in WordPress and Shopify with the ability to develop customize maintain and optimize responsive websites and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop customize and maintain websites using WordPress and Shopify .
Customize WordPress themes plugins templates and functionalities.
Develop and customize Shopify themes storefronts and e-commerce features.
Build responsive user-friendly and SEO-friendly websites.
Integrate third-party APIs plugins payment gateways and other web services.
Troubleshoot website issues bugs performance and compatibility problems.
Optimize websites for speed security responsiveness and search engine performance.
Work closely with designers and business teams to implement website requirements.
Perform regular website updates maintenance and content changes.
Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
Required Skills
3 years of professional Web Development experience.
Mandatory: Robust hands-on experience with WordPress.
Mandatory: Solid hands-on experience with Shopify.
Good knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and responsive web design .
Experience with WordPress theme and plugin customization.
Experience with Shopify theme customization and Liquid.
Knowledge of website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Valuable understanding of Git/version control.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable to Have
PHP/MySQL experience.
Experience with WooCommerce.
Experience with Shopify apps and payment gateway integrations.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.
Knowledge of Google Analytics Search Console and SEO tools.
Candidate Profile
Candidates who have strong hands-on experience in both WordPress and Shopify and are comfortable working from the office in Kochi are preferred.
