Must-Have
10–15 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in SIAM / Integrated Service Delivery roles.
Solid knowledge of SIAM operating models, service integration layers, and ITIL v4 practices.
Proven experience managing multiple vendors / tower-based service providers across infrastructure and applications.• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (Service Now preferred) covering Incident, Problem, Change, SLA, CMDB, and Reporting.
Robust exposure to service governance, OLAs, SLAs, KPIs, and RACI models.
15 years of Continuous Education.
