About the Role:

Catering Manager responsible for food and beverage setup and service as per pre decided menu. Leadership skills to lead app team of 20+ staff.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for full buffet setup and food service as per menu.
Performs any other duties as requested
Maintain an active relationship with Operating division
Resolve unexpected problems
Coordinate Catering support services (flowers, entertainment, decoration, A/V) to provide complete client satisfaction
Providing a secure and secure work workplace for self, employees, and customers
Working with other chef's to assure food quality, menu, recipe, techniques, menu developing, food & labor cos
Demonstrate an ability to explore and be inventive in supporting current ideas, events and activities throughout the year

Candidate Requirement:
Previous experience in a Catering Manager role is preferred
3+ years of previous catering management experience, preferably within a campus setting
12th Pass
