We are looking for an experienced Broadband Operations Domain SME to provide domain leadership for AI-driven transformation programs focused on broadband service operations and customer experience.

AI & Transformation Responsibilities
Define and validate broadband operational workflows and AI use cases
Identify prospects for AI automation and analytics-driven optimization
Support AI use cases based on CPE and Broadband Network Telemetry
Collaborate with Solution Architects Data Scientists AI Engineers and Operations Teams
Validate operational data telemetry KPIs and customer experience metrics
Convert troubleshooting procedures and SOPs into structured knowledge assets
Support UAT stakeholder workshops requirement reviews and operational sign-offs
Define baseline KPIs and success metrics for transformation programs
Required Skills:
Key Skills & Requirements Robust hands-on experience with IEC 60601-1 Knowledge of IEC 60601 collateral and particular standards Experience working with Notified Bodies and safety testing labs Exposure to UL TÜV ETL DQS LNE etc. Solid understanding of EU MDR requirements Experience with CE Marking Technical File preparation and maintenance STED documentation experience GSPR documentation and compliance Product certification and regulatory audit support Safety testing and compliance activities
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA is an added advantage).
