Ideal candidate should have minimum of 5 years of progressive experience supporting or leading qualifications, proposals, and sales submittals.Solid proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign; familiarity with CRM systems and database concepts.

Key Competencies:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of qualifications, proposals, and presentations from kickoff through submission.
Facilitate proposal kickoffs, strategy discussions, and internal reviews to align teams around win themes, differentiators, and pursuit strategy.
Work with delivery teams and SMEs to develop high-impact, competitive, and compliant proposal content.
Serve as the editorial lead, ensuring clarity, consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand, quality, and client requirements.
Contribute to the development of win strategies, positioning, and value propositions for priority pursuits.
