Troubleshoot Windows 11 issues
Manage accounts in AD, Entra ID
O365 concepts
Support Intune devices and resolve policy/app issues
Perform SCCM troubleshooting
Intune MDM
Log and resolve incidents within SLAs
Conduct initial problem analysis and document findings
Assist users with OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft 365
Monitor systems and infrastructure alerts
Perform triage, correlate incidents, and assess impact
Coordinate with resolver teams during outages
SolarWinds knowledge
Track service health and recurring alerts
Support maintenance tasks and ensure uptime
