Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Associate (SEO & Growth) to join our dynamic team at Steps AI, a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS startup building AI-powered solutions for customer engagement and support. Based in Hyderabad (on-site), this full time role is ideal for early-career professionals with 0–1 year of experience or recent graduates passionate about digital marketing, SEO, and growth strategies. You’ll play a key role in enhancing our online presence through strategic SEO, content planning, social media management, and data-driven growth initiatives.

This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, direct exposure to founders, and the opportunity to shape marketing efforts that drive real business impact.

Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and competitor analysis

- Assist in improving website visibility using SEO, AEO, and modern search engine best practices

- Research industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive strategies to inform content and campaign planning

- Develop content briefs and collaborate with writers and designers to produce high-quality blog posts, newsletters, and campaign materials

- Plan and manage content across platforms, including LinkedIn, email campaigns,



and marketing initiatives

- Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and content performance using analytics tools

- Generate creative ideas for campaigns, content, and growth experiments

- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance research, content planning, and productivity

- Support email marketing and other growth-focused campaigns

Requirements

Requirements:

- 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing (freshers with relevant training are encouraged to apply)

- Foundational knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong research abilities and a curiosity for digital trends

- Interest in content marketing, growth marketing, and B2B SaaS

- Ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and work independently
