The Deputy Zonal Head supports the Zonal Head in managing the operations, sales, and overall performance of all branches within the zone. This role involves assisting in strategic planning,
supervising branch activities, and ensuring that the zone meets its financial and operational goals.
The Deputy Zonal
Head also plays a vital role in team management, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in Strategic Planning and Execution:
? Assist the Zonal Head in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
? Help analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
? Contribute to aligning zonal objectives with overall company goals.

Operational
Support
? Oversee daily operations of branches in the absence of the Zonal Head to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
? Assist in implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
? Help monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Sales and Business Development:
? Support sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
? Maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
? Identify and pursue recent business opportunities under the guidance of the Zonal Head.
- Team Leadership and Development:
? Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring branch managers and other key personnel.
? Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance employee engagement and performance.
? Help conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Customer Relationship
Management
? Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
? Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

? Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
? Help identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the company’s assets and reputation.

Qualifications
- Education:
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience:
? Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
? Proven track record of supporting sales targets and managing teams.
- Skills:
? Strong leadership and team management skills.
