We are seeking a seasoned DevOps professional to take on a leadership role in driving infrastructure and automation excellence. This position involves guiding a team of experienced engineers while also actively contributing to system architecture, development, and operational improvements.

The ideal candidate enjoys balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical work. You will play a key role in managing and enhancing a large-scale Linux-based build and validation ecosystem that supports continuous development activities. Additionally, you will help evolve and modernize CI/CD practices by introducing automation, reliability, and quality-focused pipelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with engineering, QA, and internal technology teams to design and maintain a robust, scalable, and secure build and testing environment

- Enhance and support tools used for test execution, orchestration, and scheduling across development workflows

- Continuously analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to ensure stability and efficiency





- Manage infrastructure lifecycle activities including updates, upgrades, and security patching

- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to track infrastructure health, system behavior, and application performance

- Drive automation initiatives using configuration management tools to streamline provisioning and deployments

- Develop and maintain clear technical documentation covering system architecture, processes, and troubleshooting practices

Required Skills:

Must-Have:

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering and IT functions

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)

- Approximately 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles

- Prior experience leading engineers or managing technical initiatives for at least 2 years

- Solid expertise in Linux systems administration and scripting (Shell)

- Strong programming experience in Python

- Hands-on experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or SaltStack

- Familiarity with container-based ecosystems including tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or similar platforms

- Experience working with monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Valuable To Have:

- Exposure to C++ development environments

- Experience with workload orchestration or job scheduling tools (e.g., Nomad, Slurm, or similar)

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Familiarity with private cloud or infrastructure platforms like OpenStack

- Proficiency in English communication
