Role Overview

We are seeking high-performing and well-networked Stable Wealth Managers to acquire high-value retail customers and drive investments into Stable Money products such as Fixed Deposits, Corporate Bonds, and Mutual Funds.

Target ticket size per customer: ₹5–10 lakhs

Expected to bring solid personal client networks

Full ownership of acquisition, closure & client relationship

Performance-driven role with high growth & incentive potential

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and onboard high-net-worth retail clients using prior industry connects and networking.

Drive investments in Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Mutual Funds in the range of ₹5–10 lakhs.

Build and maintain strong sales pipelines using CRM and structured sales processes.

Negotiate and close deals independently with minimal support.

Leverage personal relationships to acquire customers.

Ensure accurate MIS tracking, compliance adherence, and timely closures.

Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets.

Work under target pressure with a high ownership and growth mindset.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of client acquisition experience in banks, NBFCs, securities firms, or liability-based products.

Strong track record of customer acquisition, relationship management & sales closure.

Must carry rich customer contacts and active networks.

Familiar with sales rigor, process orientation & CRM usage.

High ownership, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure.





Graduate / MBA preferred.

Local city experience & network (must have worked in the same city you’re applying for).

Proven direct sales to retail customers

Strong command of sales process, CRM, funnel metrics, and on ground execution.

Fluency in English + local language.

Lead to Sale Conversion %, cycle time (TAT), cancellation/error rate
