We Uniservice a technology driven facility management, looking for a agile and result-oriented Senior Recruiter & HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and HR operations functions. The role requires solid expertise in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and hands-on HR professional.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for lateral and bulk hiring.

- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower needs.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, and networking.

- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.

- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage offer roll outs and closures.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring.

- Track recruitment metrics: TAT, cost per hire, joining ratio, and offer acceptance ratio.

- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and ATS records.





- Drive employee engagement activities, surveys, and retention programs.

- Handle employee grievances and promote positive employee relations.

- Support performance improvement plans

- Manage onboarding, induction, documentation, and confirmation processes.

Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.

- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools.

- Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- High proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS systems, and reporting dashboards.

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
