Responsibility:

- Head Innovation lab at India R&D; and be responsible for large scale platform planning and architecture design.
- Build the capability of the platform to exceed industry benchmark
- DevOps based E2E Automation framework setup.
- Cooperate with the SREs to understand requirements, plan solutions, and improve the product and process.
- Strategy planning and best practices implementation on develop, deploy and deliver resilient software.
- Responsible industry insight analysis; Be a contributor in top conferences/summits.
- Understand and benchmark various data analytics platforms and cloud infrastructures for high availability, scalability, security, and reliability
- Be the technology evangelist, mentoring and advising in formulating end-to-end digital transformation

Requirements:

- Ideation, concept, development and prototype/Proof of concept work
- Product research, Architect, design, development and maintenance
- SRE/ Devops /IAC process implementation.
- Industry benchmark analysis for problem statement
- Strategy and roadmap development
- Joint research project initiation and delivery with universities and partners
- Delivered work such as algorithms, frameworks, Processes, Technology standards, protocols, etc.

Industry Influence:

- Regular presenter in top conferences/Summits in related domain
- Have involved in University level research
- High involvement in Open-source forums/ Tech associations
