Role Description The Senior Mathematics Educator - Secondary is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India. The educator will design and deliver engaging secondary-level mathematics lessons, aligned with the school's curriculum and educational philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting classes, preparing teaching materials, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves mentoring learners, supporting exam preparation, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum initiatives, and participating in school activities and career development.



The educator is expected to promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and a positive learning environment in the mathematics classroom.
Qualifications
Strong subject-matter expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education, with the ability to teach secondary-level learners effectively.
Demonstrated experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development, including creating structured, learner-centered teaching resources.
Status as a Qualified Teacher, with relevant teaching certifications or licenses appropriate for secondary education.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
Experience teaching in school settings, preferably at the secondary level, and familiarity with diverse learning styles and assessment methods.
Robust classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an inclusive, learner-focused approach.
