Ravel is a fast-growing custom haircare and skincare brand featured on Shark Tank and recently listed on the stock exchange. Built on solid product results, credibility, and powerful storytelling, we are now scaling our creator and influencer engine aggressively.
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who understands the creator ecosystem deeply and can independently build, manage, and scale collaborations across platforms.
This is a hands-on execution role with high ownership. You will be responsible for building relationships, driving campaigns, and ensuring creator partnerships translate into real brand and revenue impact.
Role Description
• Source and onboard micro, mid, and macro influencers across platforms
• Drive outreach, negotiation, and collaboration closures independently
• Manage end-to-end execution from briefing to posting and follow-ups
• Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators
• Coordinate multiple campaigns and product dispatches simultaneously
• Collaborate closely with the internal creative and performance team
• Identify UGC opportunities and scalable creator formats
• Track campaign performance including reach, engagement, and creator output
• Maintain influencer database, reporting sheets, and performance tracking systems
• Stay updated with trends, creator pricing benchmarks, and recent formats
Qualifications
1 to 4 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing
Robust understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and UGC ecosystem
Ability to source and close creators without heavy agency dependency
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Organized and capable of managing multiple collaborations at once
Data-oriented mindset with comfort tracking campaign metrics
Proactive and execution-focused personality
