Role Description This is a full time in office role for a Social Media Manager and Video/Reels Editor based in the Haridwar Division. The role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, creating engaging content that highlights Shree Rudraksha's products and spiritual values, and managing daily posting schedules. Responsibilities include shooting and editing short-form videos and reels, optimizing content for reach and engagement, monitoring analytics, and responding to community interactions and messages.



The role also requires close collaboration with the sales and product teams to align campaigns with business goals and to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style.

Qualifications
Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
Content Strategy and Writing skills, including the ability to plan calendars, craft captions, and create platform-specific content.
Robust Communication skills for engaging online communities and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in video shooting and editing tools (e.g., mobile editing apps, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar), especially for reels and short-form content.
Understanding of spiritual and devotional products or willingness to learn and represent them accurately.
Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust content strategies based on performance data.
Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is preferred.
Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
